Values Exercise

In order to become more mindful, we need to be more intentional of our thoughts, behaviors, and actions.  Take time to explore what you value the most.  Becoming more intentional about how you spend your precious resources - time, money, and energy helps you stay more grounded and in alignment with your values.  

Answer the following questions using the list attached.  

1.  What is most important in your life?  

2.  What do you feel is your life's purpose?  

3.  What do you enjoy doing?  

4.  When do you feel satisfied and fulfilled?
